
Our adult training program is designed to help our members Move Better, Feel Better, and Perform Better outside of the gym during day-to-day life. We all start somewhere, so each program can be modified to fit your current training level and individual goals, whether you’re beginner to advanced. Our growing Adult Training community will help to keep you motivated and encourage you to push yourself!
Each session is led by an experienced coach, and starts with a dynamic warm-up and low level power exercises to prepare the body for training. Following the warm-up, our members engage in 2-3 strength circuits, incorporating fundamental movement patterns, to guarantee well-rounded strength development. The sessions always finish with a short bout of conditioning to promote healthy hearts and longevity!
Members have the option to choose between two or three days a week, and we provide multiple workout times to choose from daily. The choice is yours, whether before work or after work is better for you!
