Welcome to K2 ATHLETICS, I'm Kyle Keoughan

I’m the owner of K2 ATHLETICS — and your personal guide to unlocking your full potential.

Born and raised in Charlottetown, PEI. Growing up, sports, especially hockey, dominated my life. I competed at a high level for many years before ending my junior hockey career here on the island.

After college, unsure of what direction I wanted take my career, I started working in the trades. However, I knew my true calling beckoned elsewhere. So, equipped with certifications in personal training, strength & conditioning, nutrition, and also years of training experience, I set out taking on clients in the fitness industry part-time. As my clientele quickly grew while still working a full-time job outside of the gym, I knew it was time to make a transition and turn my unwavering focus to training full-time.
